Brief Bio
I received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Arkansas Tech University
in Russellville, AR, an MS and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University. Upon graduation,
I joined the Engineering staff at General Dynamics
Corporation in Forth Worth, Texas and later obtained a similar position at Boeing. In January 2000,
I joined the faculty of the University of Central Arkansas teaching and directing undergraduate courses and research.
My research interests involve the areas of image and video processing especially as applied to video databases.
My teaching interests involve Web Technology, Programming Mobile Devices using iOS, Object Oriented Programming using C++, and Java.
