Conference Information
The Arkansas-Oklahoma-Kansas American Association of Physics Teachers sectional meeting for 2007 is being hosted by the Physics Department at the University of Central Arkansas. The meeting will be held on October 19th and 20th on the UCA campus. Posters and Papers will be presented. There will also be workshops for public school teachers. Registration and most sessions will be at the Lewis Science Center. The banquet will be at the Brewer-Hegman Conference Center.
Abstracts of papers to be presented must be received by October 12. Abstracts will also be accepted for posters. Abstracts should be 250 words or less. If you want your poster title listed in the meeting brochure, the title should be submitted so that it is received by October 12. Posters will be accepted at the meeting. Abstracts and Poster titles can be sent as hardcopy (and can be included with your registration materials), but electronic submission to is preferred. You can submit your abstract in an e-mail message, or as a .doc, .rtf or standard latex file as an attachment. To allow time for questions and introductions your prentation should last approximately 12 minutes.
