Depends on whether you think he is a passive receiver or active generator of the x-rays. If he’s shooting his own x-rays out of his eyes, then he is deadly dangerous and you should probably steer clear of him. If he’s a passive receiver of x-rays (like you are a passive receiver of visible light), then he’s blind as the proverbial bat. Blinder, really. Poor thing, he probably needs a hug.
