PHYS 1401: Descriptive Astronomy

Jovian = gas giant. They're huge, and massive, but because they are made of gas, they have low density. The Earth's density is about 5.5 g/cm³, and Saturn's density is 0.7g/cm³. Saturn is less dense than water (1 g/cm³)!
