Please notice that we are not scheduled to explicitly discuss Chapter 01 during class time. The Chapter 01 slideshow is posted here, and you are responsible for taking the time to review this material. Please consider this material as testable.
And yes, we are having lab that first Tuesday. We don't have time to fool around. You should bring your clicker to lab on 01/20/09, and you would be well advised to be prepared for a quiz covering Chapter 01.
And one more thing: If any of the math in the Appendix I review section of your textbook is a mystery to you, you are not sufficiently prepared for the course. Basic trigonometry is absolutely required, as is college algebra.
